The direct, dedicated, authorised & convenient VIKMANS Repair Service Centre provides easy availability of Original Spares, Warranty and Repairs.
It is open everyday Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and upto 3:30 PM on Saturday. Last Saturday is a holiday. The workshop in DELHI is located at 308 Red Rose Building 50 Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019.

The designated engineers are available to you 24 x 7 on their mobile phones for instant support and solution. Service is available through trained channel partners in many parts of the countries and growing.
We also have engineers trained and deployed in some of the metros / major cities for spcific models of the scanners. We are in the process of opening authorised service centres in near future in many cities across the nation.
